Do you need a Hong Kong resident as a Director in a Limited Company

When setting up a new Hong Kong Limited Company, you can be a sole Director. There is no requirement to have a Hong Kong permanent resident as a Director in the Company. However, you do need a permanent resident to act as your Company Secretary and this is normally your Accountant.
